You can't just consign your cargo to anybody when it comes to Iran. No matter you are exporting to Iran by Air, Sea or Road the cargo should be delivered to one who has a "Commercial Card" issued by the Iranian Chamber of Commerce. The consignee in the "Bill of Lading" and other documents such as Invoice and Packing List, should be a legal identity who holds a commercial card.
We suggest if you are in the middle of a process of exporting cargo to Iran and you don't have a commercial card, don't even think about signing up for a new commercial card. You should already have it before you start the exports to Iran. It means the "Importer" in Iran should be one who has been registered with the Chamber of Commerce and all it's financial activities are OK with them.
But if you don't have an Iranian Commercial Card don't panic. There is still a way: you can assign us as the importer of your goods in the documents. we will import your goods safe and sound with our own commercial card and we will deliver it DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) anywhere in Iran to your customer's warehouse. In fact we are the ones who will take care of all customs issues in different customs offices in Iran.
If you have already sent the cargo to Iran and you have consigned it to a name (company or person) who has no commercial card please contact us in order to get the problem solved.
